Though billed as their last Tour The Stranglers are proving as popular as ever and with the plaudits received for the Dark Matters album they are currently sitting on a high of popularity.
The new songs are certainly strong enough to sit amongst the many classics in the set list and they still have the punch and finesse that we have come to expect.
I hope that fans seeing the band on this tour will delve into the new album as it is certainly worth the effort. I was glad to get a signed copy from the merch stand at G-Live in Guildford
